House music is strongly influenced by elements of the late 1970s soul- and funk-infused dance music style of disco. This particular song is more influenced by funk beats with heavy bass lines. The song starts out dreamy trance intro then keyboard joins to create main tunes. Bass lines make music more fulfilling. I also like the sampling of many funky beats including some kind of buzzing sounds. The music has different phases that stops suddenly then starts again after some kind of cartoonish tunes while reggae singer sampling is being play. I like how the incorporate this catch phrase with the music; "Pay close attention, I'll take your brain to another dimension." Also it will definitely not get you bore but in fact, you will be up dancing like 5 years old. Another song I would like talk about is called “Blue” by Eiffel 65, released in 1999 on album Europop by Italian group. Okay first of all this song was a huge hit back in when it was released both in reaching #1 in a staggering 17 countries.

It was the most popular single ever released by Eiffel 65. In fact, many people up to this date remember this track whether they were into techno or not. See how does music could bring people together? This song starts with piano tunes then changes into heavy beats of bass line alone. Eventually, piano tunes and bass lines joined together. You could notice the effort of band is trying to create through music with space sounds and interesting futuristic samplings as well as from the vocal. That is one of the distinct elements about the house music because it just makes you dance no matter what kind of music you listen to. Many people do not have respect for house music or techno because it’s very repetitive and does not have complexity. I’m not going to lie but I used to be one of them, up until I started to let my body flow with these funky beats. Then I realized this is true purpose of house music and it doesn’t have to have crazy guitar solo riffs or vocal of rock band screaming out loud. So I ended up appreciate many different kinds of music. Well except country music… which I’m still working on.
